Q. What dilution ratio should I use?
A. If the floor is heavily soiled, start with 4 oz. per gallon then reduce to as little as 1 oz. per gallon when you start seeing a light residue. The product has a built in cost saving feature. When the floor is clean a light milky residue will be present if too much product is being used. This is your signal to reduce the amount of BMIC-7 or BMRT-3.
Q. How often should I use the product?
A. Each application is unique but daily use is recommended at first to build the (good) bacteria colony. Once the floors are clean, you can reduce the frequency of cleanings depending on your specific application.
Q. Can I use other cleaners with BMIC-7 or BMRT-3?
A. It is not recommended. BMIC-7 and BMRT-3 contain living harmless bacteria that eats grease and oil. Harsh caustic and toxic cleaners will kill the bacteria colony thus reducing its effectiveness.
Q. Can I pour the used/dirty mop bucket contents down the drain?
A. YES! Both BMIC-7 and BMRT-3 will over time eat the pipes clean. Remember not to pour harsh caustic and toxic solutions down the drain if you want this added benefit. We have a full line of high performance cleaners that are bacteria and employee friendly.
Q. What other bacteria and employee friendly cleaning solutions do we have?
A. We are the Bio-Sys Master Distributor with a full line of bacterial and non-bacterial cleaning solutions. Glass cleaner, heavy duty and multi-purpose degreasers, and d-Limonene Industrial Cleaner with Microbes are only a few of the products we offer.
